A note from Andy

You asked… so here they are

Last week, I wrote about the evening I spent cooking on a Lacanche Macon at the Enrica Rocca Cookery School in Notting Hill.

What I didn’t expect was the number of replies that landed in my inbox afterwards, all asking the same thing…

“Any chance you could share the recipes?”

So, by popular demand, here they are!

I’ve added all the PDFs to an online folder you can download for free here.

We cooked a proper Italian menu that night, which included:
• Fresh tagliatelle (rolled by hand)
• Pan-fried onglet with rosemary and red wine jus
• Porcini and sausage sauce (rich, garlicky, and my favourite)
• Roasted Delica pumpkin with basil and parsley gremolata
• A light lemon and almond cake that finished the meal perfectly

If any of those sound like your cup of tea, let me know your review if you try them.

Each dish was simple, rustic, and full of flavour; exactly the sort of food that suits a Lacanche…

I’ve noticed these ranges have a knack for making cooking feel more relaxed, more elegant, and a bit more social – even if it’s just you and a glass of wine for company.

And if you think a Lacanche cooker might be something you’re interested in, you can come take a look at them at the showroom. I’d be happy to show you around and answer any questions.
