Lacanche Classic Range Cooker: Vezelay
The largest of the Lacanche range remains a well-proportioned, elegant cooker. It
comes with two large 73-litre ovens. The ovens can be specified as gas, static electric or
convection (fan). Each electric oven is equipped with a grill. In addition to the main
ovens, there are two 84-litre simmer ovens which offer the flexibility to plate warm, hold
food and even slow cook. The simmer ovens can also be specified as a 69-litre dual
function static/convection electric oven & grill. There is a choice of three hobs (two gas
and one induction) and space for up to four additional integrated hob elements such as
a chargrill, extra burners, multi cooker, fryer, plancha and induction plates. The Vezelay
is a discreet giant capable of immense output, with clean lines and symmetrical design
contributing to its appeal.
