My day at the Game Fair last month was one for the books.

Picture this: the magnificent Blenheim Palace, glorious sunshine, and the temperature soaring to a toasty 28 degrees. Now, what would you expect at an event like this?

Maybe a bit of shade, a cool drink in hand?

Well, not for me...

I was standing next to a fully fired-up Everhot cooker and a stove, struggling through the heat while talking cookers with everyone who stopped by. I must've lost a pound or two just standing there!

But it was all worth it.

The Game Fair is a massive event for hunting, fishing, and shooting enthusiasts, and many of them are the type of folks who appreciate a good range cooker.

We had our new Mushroom coloured Everhot cooker on display, it caught a lot of eyes, I can tell you. And the Dusky Blue and Mustard Yellow stoves were also a big hit.

Even in that heat, with the sun beating down and the cooker radiating warmth, we had a great turnout; lots of interest and plenty of brochures were handed out.

It was a tiring day, walking a mile from the car park to the event and back, standing all day, chatting nonstop, but these events always remind me why I love what I do...

There's nothing like connecting with people who share a passion for quality.
