Even if you're not especially eyeing up an ESSE cooker, it's worth a watch just to see the level of craftsmanship that goes into building one of these by hand...

Watching it all come together bit by bit gives you a new appreciation for what goes on behind the glossy enamel doors.

The reason I'm sending this is because ESSE has just announced a price increase that will kick in on May 4th.
