A customer came into the showroom and told me straight:
"I've got a million questions for you".

So I thought, challenge accepted!

Honestly, I'd be the same if I were investing in something that'd be a centrepiece in my home for the next 20+ years.

It turns out there weren't quite one million (not that I was counting)...

But we talked extensively about the Lacanche cookers, covering some things you might not expect, like...

• The history of the company - it dates back to the 15th Century!
• How the cookers are all handmade to order.
• Some behind-the-scenes titbits I picked up after visiting the factory a few years back.
• And how you can completely design every aspect of your own range cooker.

When there were no more questions, I spent a while longer with her, taking the time to bring her dream cooker to life. And after that, she left completely satisfied - with a new cooker soon to follow.

I like to think I'm a patient person, I'll never pressure you or set imaginary deadlines.

So, no matter how many questions you might have, I'd be happy to answer them all as thoroughly as I can.

And if you still need time after that - it's yours.

A new cooker is a big investment, so it's important you take the time to make the right decision.
