We immersed ourselves in the specifications and thoroughly explored all the customization possibilities. Then, when it came time to choose a colour, let's just say things got interesting...
I showed her the colour samples and mentioned that, as these were our only in-store set, I'd happily order a copy to be delivered to her, free of charge.
But what happened next was the last thing I would've expected...
As soon as I had said it, she was out the door and took off down the road - my colour samples in hand!
There I stood, mouth open, wondering what on Earth had just happened.
In the end, I could only laugh at how bizarre it was.
Then the next day, she called me, full of apologies.
Turns out, she really needed those samples, just for a day. And not only did she return them, but she also placed an order for a cooker (in the colour that I assume paired perfectly with her client's kitchen).
It was the first time anything like that had happened to me - certainly a memorable way to go about choosing your colour!
So, if you'd be interested in getting your own colour samples, I would prefer that you didn't run off with them. Please just let me know and I'll gladly get one sent out to you.
Warm regards,
Andy
